It's hard to talk about this without giving away what those secrets are, although if you're really wanting to know you'll just have to look it up cause you'll never figure it out on your own. Someone just came in and said "look I found where this was leading too and I skipped all the riddles." People avoiding the Isaac spoiler, would be like everyone continuing to follow the riddles that served no purpose other than to lead to the point the person was already at.Īnd in this case, the riddles weren't things you could find by any strategy, you had to basically just get lucky.
TINY PLANET LUDOVICO SERIES
TL DR, it's like if someone sent a bunch of people on a series of impossibly cryptic riddles, looking through a bunch of different places that was ultimately leading to one place.

If they wanted this thing hidden better, they wouldn't have tied a bunch of achievements to it. Someone found something that lead everyone on the track to finding it legitimately and then someone just said "look I skipped all the steps and here's the final answer."Īnd even after doing this secret set of things there's still a few ridiculously hard things you need to do for all the achievements, which CobaltStreak just finished doing last night. I mean, it's not like someone went through the data files and just scanned for secrets. So by one person ruining the secret, it was basically impossible for everyone to just ignore that and keep finding these secrets when they were ultimately spending what would probably be a few years worth of work just to get to the point someone else reached on their own a week after the game was released. This secret was supposed to be a group effort, discovered throughout a large amount of times by the sheer chance of specific things happening from the thousands upon thousands of runs done by the combined efforts of every Isaac player out there.

You're literally not going to want to bother to even start attempting to find it cause it's completely cryptic and impossible to find on your own. Bkamakaze wrote:I've been making a point of avoiding that stuff online.įinding all the little secrets yourself is a big part of the fun.
